This complementary training provides additional certifications and opens up more employment opportunities with construction unions.

Throughout the year, Rubicon employees work alongside volunteers in the gardens giving us the opportunity to share some of the history of the Islands, insight into our regenerative practices, and the methods we use to bring the Yerba Buena Island back to its native origins using the most cutting-edge sustainable practices.
