Madison has over a year of experience working at Rubicon as Project Landscape Administrator, and four years in the landscape industry. Starting as a detail care gardener during her college years, she gained a foundational knowledge of in-the-field maintenance that she keeps in her back pocket, informing her current role. With a degree in Environmental Science, Madison has a deep passion for the intersection of nature and people.

She also has a strong interest in native plants and ecology, having studied native and invasive species in the Berkeley and Oakland hills for her thesis at UC Berkeley. Madison is a ReScape certified professional. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her 10 lb. chihuahua mix, Pickle, and spending time by Lake Merritt with a good book on a warm day.
