Jonathan Lee brings more than a decade of administrative and financial experience to Rubicon Landscape Group, where he has served as an Administrative Assistant II since March 2026. Prior to joining Rubicon, Jonathan spent over ten years in higher education at the community college level as an Administrative Assistant and Program Accountant, managing federal and state grant budgets for programs supporting Dreamers and mixed-status families. That experience gave him a strong foundation in financial stewardship, compliance, and the kind of behind-the-scenes organization that keeps programs, and teams running smoothly.

Outside of work, Jonathan is a passionate advocate for senior dog rescue. He and his wife share their home with three rescued mini-dachshunds — Short Stack, Tater Tot, and Vienna Sausage, and are committed to giving older dogs a loving second chapter. Jonathan is also dedicated to caring for aging family members, and come football season, he’s a die-hard Oakland Raiders fan through and through.
