Lila started as the Office Manager for Rubicon Landscape Group in March 2023. In this role, she seeks to support team members with Human Resources questions in English and Spanish. And, to help with office accounting so that we can be a lean and green office and team. Lila comes to Rubicon Landscape after 17 years with Rubicon programs, managing programs and projects to break the cycle of poverty with families and folks coming out of incarceration. She loves that Rubicon Landscape is a Social Enterprise and holds the quadruple bottom line as her business values: people, planet, profit, and progress.

Prior to coming to Rubicon Programs, Lila worked in Caracas, Venezuela, and San Francisco in faith-based community organizing. Lila loves green, growing things, and beautifying spaces, and one of her first positions out of college at San Francisco State University involved briefly leading a landscaping crew of middle schoolers.
