James has worked in the landscape industry for nearly 30 years, gaining expertise in turf management and vegetation control. As a California Qualified Applicator, Jim oversees and trains Rubicon employees on integrated pest control. Jim holds all staff accountable to making safety the #1 priority.

He keeps up to date on changes in the safety regulations and he’s been especially diligent in rolling out new pandemic-related health and safety protocols. Jim is approaching his 25th anniversary with Rubicon — his long term clients and coworkers appciate his dedication to teamwork and the joyful attitude to brings to work every day
